Three Blocks to Regis Campus, Room in single family home with private bath

Hello - I'm renting the basement bedroom in my 1930's home. The room is newly remodeled as of this month. Large new bathroom also in the basement, which is dedicated to you 80% of the time but occasionally gets used by myself or the other roommate if the upstairs is occupied. About the space: New ceiling/electric/paint/carpet. The room is about 300 sq ft with two closets and 3 windows that are larger than average for a basement. The space would easily fit a large bed set and couch/lounge chair/tv setup. Private thermostat ensures the room stays toasty, but it stays pretty warm in the winter and cool in the summer regardless. The location: The house is 4 blocks from Regis University, blocks to Willis Case golf course and less than a mile to Tennyson St. It's very close to 32nd St and Highlands, LoHi, Sloan's Lake, and about 10-15 minutes to downtown Denver. The I-70 & I-76 ramps are very close, creating a unique centralized location while still being in a safe neighborhood. Rent is $1000/mo and includes all utilities, internet, lawn care (either I mow or have it hired), once a month housecleaning, and street parking. $300 deposit 9-12 month lease preferred Available March 1 Storage for bike/ski/snowboards Washer/dryer Large fenced yard About the roommates: My name is Priscilla, I'm in my 30's and am currently working remotely for an oil and gas company. I work Monday-Friday starting about 7 AM til around 5 PM. I enjoy running, skiing, concerts, podcasts, cycling (Peloton), the occasional Netflix series, my next renovation project, or putting together a trip with my friends. I consider myself pretty active and social, but usually stay low key at home - and these days unwind in my room after moving from my work station in the dining area ;) There is one additional roommate living in the room across the hall from me upstairs. His name is Jack, in his 20's and is a pilot. He likes to grill on the Traeger, play a round of golf, hunting and skiing. He has both the Epic and Ikon passes and typically takes advantage of heading to the mountains on his off days. He is very friendly kind and respectful and always willing to lend a hand or have a chat in the kitchen. He's typically gone a few days a week flying. Potential Roommate: We'd like someone that is respectful of common areas and the property itself, cleans up after themselves and is overall clean and organized, pays rent on time, non-smoker (including 420), no pets, no parties. Being that work schedules and locations have changed some with COVID, if you are working from home please detail your schedule and routine. I'm usually working in the dining area but there's lots of space downstairs for a desk. If this sounds like a good fit please reach out.
