Furnished ground-floor condo by Hidden Lake, 3 miles from Regis campus

I am a Regis professor who will be on leave and living abroad for the 2025-26 academic year, as well as the summers before and after. So, I am looking for responsible tenants to take care of my condo while I am away. I will pack up my personal... items to store in the garage, but will leave the furniture for you to use.

The condo has an open living/dining/kitchen area and a large main bedroom. The second bedroom has a fold-out wall bed so that it converts instantly to an office. I am making plans to fully renovate the bathroom, removing the end-of-life bathtub and replacing it with a shower, so it will be brand new for you.

The unit has a deck with a great view of Hidden Lake, as well as a smaller outdoor area off the main bedroom. (Unfortunately, lake permits for boating/swimming/fishing are not available to renters, but you would be able to use the community pool in the summer.)

I would prefer to leave the utilities in my name. Water is included (it's provided unmetered by the condominium association), and I will also cover the Internet bill for you (CenturyLink high-speed DSL). However, I will ask you to pay me the gas/electric at actual cost; I'll send you the bill I get from Xcel Energy.

In exchange for the free Internet, I will ask you to save any (paper) mail that arrives for me and to let me know if I get anything that looks important.
